New Intake Blending (Oct 16–18, 2026)

In this new intake, we seized the opportunity to blend with nineteen new students studying in the Klang Valley. It was a timely start to this semester with a sobering reminder: seize the opportunity. Opportunities are found in time. But if we do not know the Lord's will, we will miss the opportunities that the Lord has given to us (Eph. 5:16-17). The more we know God's will, the more we will seize opportunities.

We come here as campus students to receive a good education, yet a degree is not our goal; our goal is Christ and the church. We are in the world, but we are not of the world. We are here to know God's will and to do God's will. For this, we need the Lord to train our spiritual sense and spiritual sight, so that we can sense opportunities the moment they appear and make the most of them.

Right at the beginning of our university years, we must see what God is doing and how we can cooperate with Him. Today, the Lord wants to gain young people for His purpose, for His building, and the golden window to reach students is while they are still freshmen. In the first few weeks, hearts are open and routines are unset. Our freshmen brothers and sisters are in the best position to contact and gain their fellow freshmen. If we miss this window, it will be harder for us to gain them in their following years.

However, this demands the coordination of the senior students and serving ones, to guide, support, and labor together with the freshmen. We all have one talent; none of us can afford to bury our talent in the ground. To bury our talent is to forfeit the Lord's opportunity. May we never settle for where we are and what we have. The Lord has prepared great opportunities for us in our campus life—may we not be dull to them!
