Malaysia Youth Perfecting (Lower) (February 11–15, 2025)

We had a total of thirty-nine youths who came for this youth perfecting. When we look at these young ones in the Lord, on the one hand, we felt that they are really young in the Lord, on the other hand, we are burdened to open up the word of God to them, that they may be gained by the Lord since young.

In these five days, from February 11 through February 15, we showed them, from the word of God, God’s eternal purpose and God’s purpose in creating man, wanting man to become His expression and representation (Gen. 1:26).

However, before man receive God as life, Satan came in to corrupt man. As a result, man became fallen and sinful. Romans 3:23 says, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” The condition of man tells us man needs salvation.

Having known that man fell, God did not first judge man. Instead, “because of His great love with which He loved us” (Eph. 2:4), He sent His only begotten son to die for us (John 3:16), accomplishing redemption. He also came as the Spirit to regenerate us and to dwell in us (Rom. 8:11). Today, we only need to repent and believe, to receive all that God has accomplished for us (Mark 1:15; John 1:12).

When we see the love of the Lord and the salvation that He has prepared for us, we will not merely appreciate salvation; we will also treasure the Savior. We love Him because He first loved us (1 John 4:19). We love Him and we will give our whole life to serve Him.

I am Thine, O Lord, I have heard Thy voice,
And it told Thy love to me;
But I long to rise in the arms of faith,
And be closer drawn to Thee.

Draw me nearer, nearer, blessed Lord,
To the cross where Thou hast died;
Draw me nearer, nearer, nearer, blessed Lord,
To Thy precious, bleeding side.
