Campus Outing (Jan 25, 2024)

Putrajaya Story

What a pleasant morning it was to be able to enjoy the fresh air outside the busy city with fellow campus students. Early in the morning even before the day dawns, we departed from our respective localities—Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Subang Jaya and Sepang and arrived at Taman Saujana Hijau, Putrajaya. Before the park got busy, we went in groups to start exploring the area as well as to complete some of the fun tasks assigned as part of our activity there. It was a very interesting park and exploring with fellow students made it even more interesting!

After having our breakfast, we went to visit Putrajaya Story to appreciate the history of Putrajaya. With all the activities in the morning, our last station was a gathering at hall 4 of the church in Subang Jaya and had a time of fellowship. Through such a fellowship, our eyes were being opened to see that God desires to produce men of God, men belonging to Him and expressing Him. The worldly people can do whatever they like and choose as they think what is best for themselves. We however are different from them because we do not belong to ourselves. We belong to Him. Our desire is just to be filled and saturated by Him. Moreover, we are also the ambassadors of Christ! As ambassadors of Christ, we are commissioned to represent Him. Therefore, in whatever we do we, we must do by the eternal life. Praise the Lord that He is making us a people who expresses Him and represents Him!
