Klang Valley Youth Combine Meeting (April 6, 2024)
What a sweet love feast and fellowship we had on the April 6, 2024! It was another great opportunity for us to be blended again with the youths all over Klang Valley. We have a total of 42 youths gathered together in Kuala Lumpur Hall 1.
We must testify that indeed as we come together, we have so much enjoyment mutually. We started off by singing some hymns. As we sang, more and more we became vitalized and enlivened in spirit. Not only do we enjoy the hymns, we also enjoyed singing to one another, having our spirit stirred up and exercised. We sang until we were able to memorize a stanza so that we could freely sing to one another. It was truly a time where the Spirit could flow!
Following this, some of the youths’ came forward to testify of their past experiences of joining the training and various youth gatherings. From their sharing, we realized that many of them treasure gathering together every week, not only with youths in their own locality, but also to be gathered with the youths in Klang Valley. Not only so, the past training truly made a difference. Some of them testified of how they began to experience the Lord in their daily living. The youths started to treasure the time that they can be gathered even more with their companions through the various events we have.
The serving ones followed next, testifying and sharing on how important it is to begin pursuing the Lord together with other companions since young. We realized that we are so blessed to be gained by the Lord at a young age. As more events ahead are announced, we realize that we have actually a lot of opportunities to be gathered together. Therefore, we look forward to the coming events, as they are means for us to be gathered together. Also, as technology is advancing, we also treasure being able to connect to one another from different localities easily. We were all encouraged anew to contact our companions and be bound together. This is our church life today.
The serving ones also continued the fellowship, emphasizing that we have God’s life within us that causes us to flock together, to love coming together. The Lord always leads us to the green pastures and to the waters of rest, so that we can rest in him and enjoy him in a corporate way. The more we come together, the more we have his dispensing, the more we can enjoy this life, and the more we can buy oil in order to have oil in both our lamps and vessels to be a group of young people who are well-prepared for the Lord’s return.
Up next, we will also have a youth study camp from April 12 to April 13, 2024, and the youth perfecting at the end of May. Let us all mark our calendars, and continue to give ourselves to the Lord!
